The EntryProx Access Control System is designed to use the latest RFID technology to provide registered access to employees, guests and vehicles in areas guarded by the system.
The monitoring software consists of two modules:
Server module: a program responsible for receiving and downloading data from the communication network, which performs its tasks 24 hours a day.
Client program: enables the performance of operational tasks, e.g. card management, event monitoring, alarm management, lists, operational settings, etc. Event-driven, SQL-based system.
Main functions of the system:
Guest and employee card management
Employees and guests are identified by their unique card and can only move around according to the access rights assigned to their card. In addition to employee data, a photo can also be recorded. Access rights can be linked to entry points and time zones: that is, access rights determine when and where access is allowed. The guest card is only valid for a specific period of time. Expired cards are automatically blocked by the system.
